Well, it has been a long time since I owned a bike. I just bought my first HD and I'm on cloud nine!

Being that I pride myself on being a "girly girl" I had her painted the penultimate fem color - PINK!

Apparently, my choice has drawn some controversial feedback. A woman on a HD chat board announced that if she was going to do a custom paint job it would be anything but PINK!!! She was a hater so boo on her.

I'll continue riding my little pink ride with a big ol' grin on m  more...

It looks more violet that pink to me. I have a hard-padded leather jacket with that color mixed with red, black, and white. I bought it new real cheap [I wonder why]. hehehhehe Actually, I think the color is great, for example, if I get planted on a remote piece of asphalt on a dark night, there is a higher probability that someone will see me and figure that I'm not a dead dog or some other kind of animal which they would easily run over without a second thought.

If you are happy with your bike, who cares what color others think it should be? as long as you enjoy it, that is all that matters

Not sure that I would go Pink...but bike preferances, color, style.... are like Tats....personal!! So screw everyone else and enjoy!!

Well at least it makes you stand out. If you can't make your bike a talking point no point in doing anything to it.

Do what it right for you. Not a girly girl myself. But love my god daughter who if she has it it has to be PINK!!! And WHY NOT?
